The rights of guns

In last week, I did saw Ak-47 hang on the van and little paper say, 600 dollars and loaded with 40 bullets. Other guns is M60, that kind of gun used in vietnam war. This machine gun would sell to kids who can afford because this man not care about kids but money. That kind of gun is banned in america but only for military use but somewhere, the goverment legalized this man sell this kind of gun. He told me,"I am happy that american goverement allow civillian use guns while other country banned it even it is handgun. If you want a book talk about law of guns. I would be pleased give you. The law show that we can own the guns." It not require license to buy guns or bomb mean terrorist can get this kind of weapon to harm common people. Luckly, this person hate islam people. I realized, easy that people can get weapon to kill person. If this person really mad at Joe. He can go to swap meet then buy gun to kill joe. Later, He did kill this man then sell this gun to other people in swap meet. That plan would give hard time to police to find the murderer. How it happen? because of our american goverment legalized the weapon but depend how people use it. Sometime, people use it in the evil way. I dislike about american law.

I haven't read the swedish lawbook, but as far as I now, some guns you can have, including Air-rifles and stuff.
Arkmam's family had an old shotgun standing in the cellar some years ago. It's no longer there now and I think cause the laws got changed. Anyway we are allowed to have an airrifle, but even walking around with it outside is illegal.
The way I understood it, the only weapon you're allowed to carry around outside are soft-air guns, wich you can't really hurt someone badly with.
Having guns in sweden is legal, carrying them around outside without license is illegal.
That I think is wrong, cause why would anyone have a gun if you don't plan to use it.
If someone crazy enough got himself a gun, he wouldn't care wether he had a license or not, he would use it anyway.
I don't now if I came a little off-topic there  but my opinion is:
Civilians shouldn't even be allowed to have guns not at all.

Well the basis for Guns being legal in the U.S. is the Second Ammendmant which states "the right to bear arms." Originally, the founding fathers put this in the constitution in case there was ever an invasion. Remember in the later 1780's when the Constitution was written, North AMerica was mostly wilderness, with a constant threat of Native AMerican attacking, as well as hostile England up in Canada.

Now the Right to carry, I think it is good idea for civilians to own guns. For example, hunters can go hunting with rifles and such with the proper licensing. However, the on going debate for concealed weapons I am not in support of. Road Rage + Concealed Weapons = VERY BIG TROUBLE. Thats something to think about.

Okay, the two reasons I can think of for carrying a gun:
Hunting
Protection

Now about those M60's, I hardly believe someone goes hunting with that, seeing as the target will be so riddled with bullets, It'll fall apart when you lift it (well not really but you get my point)
Protection, well for protection, you use, like pepper-spray, or perhaps even pistols.
You don't use a bigass machinegun for defence against criminals.
It's not like you put it in your purse, and should you be robbed, you don't pull up a machinegun and shoot the robber to pieces.
That's not self-defence, that's unneccesary violence!
If guns should be permitted, then only rifles and pistols, no
machineguns, that kind of weapon, you use to kill.
And nobody have license to kill (hmm, well maybe Bond)
