The good, the bad and the ugly

Okay, I am doing some research to see what you want. So state the site's best features, state the site worst features and state what the site could use. If you want me to update more, yell at Yed not me. I might not produce a lot of editorials but I am capable of doing it very fast.

So review
Good=Best feature
Bad = Worst feature
Ugly = Could use feature

The Good: The BEST feature I would say is the format of forums. Most of everything is accessable; smilies, help link, etc.

The Bad: The WORST feature in my opinion is that there are not enough job types in the forum. Back in the old forum, there were Moderators for each forum section (and there still are) and an editorialist (and there still is. keep goin, Hobbes! but there was also a type of MOD that went and advertised this site as their job. They would recommend, they would do all sorts of stuff to get more people to go to this site. Being on the Top 100 list and a banner is not help enough. so I think that there should be more of a variety of jobs for people to sign up for.

The Ugly: What I think this site needs is more spirit. People should encourage each other to post as much as they can. Another is that this site needs to be more high-tech. The forums are good, but it need more features to it and less limits to what you can do with it.
