I played a few years ago and I thought it had a very interesting plot. I liked how it had some scientifice themes such as how the mitochondria are like another nucleus in a cell and the spontaneous human combustion. I also liked the grid deal where when you shoot someone it has to be within that grid. That was awesome also.

i never had the chance to play it..i heard it was a seriously good game though.I dunno who told me this but someone told me it was kind like a movie..i dunno if it is,but it's cuz of that i really wanna play it^^
