Modern authentication, content sanitization, and a hardened configuration underpin the live forum. The project passed a dedicated pre-launch security review, with safeguards in place across the board. Sensitive personal information surfaced in the old data was reviewed and handled responsibly before going live. Original 2002 usernames and passwords still work; legacy members are prompted to set a new, modern password on first login.
