U seem to forget one thing here...I am a "kid" too, I sometimes feel like I know everything, and I hate it when adults tell me what to do. So, I know exactly how ya feel, but words of advice, the adults usually are looking for your best interest. Just trying to save ya all some grief specially with the rents.
