EarthBound: Untold World Editor v0.6, released February 29, 2000.
Programmed and designed by Kyosuke and Wam. Kyosuke (username: calvin, bright.net/~calvin/) was a known figure in the early EarthBound fan community, credited as the originator of "EarthBound Flukes" and listed on Starmen.net's fan games directory.
This map editor was built as a companion tool to a planned fan game, EarthBound: Untold — a Windows-based game featuring new short story adventures set within the original EarthBound world. The fan game was never completed.
The editor allows users to load a tile sheet (tiles.bmp included) and create/save .map files.
Listed on Starmen.net's fan games page (archived June 2, 2001).
